Microscopy, microelectronics installation, higher inspection capabilities such as bonds or bond wires, nowadays are mostly about understanding the difference between ordinary microscopes and metallographic microscopes.

The difference is that due to different samples, metal materials such as metallographic microscopes for metallographic inspection are required, and ore types can be observed with polarized light microscopes, fluorescein microscopes with bioluminescence markers, and MICR large frames. Mirrors are the same different from gadgets, so the effect is different.

1. The illumination method of the microscope is usually epi-illumination, that is, the light source is projected on the sample through the objective lens;

2. The light source of the microscope is ultraviolet light, the wavelength is shorter, and the resolution is higher than that of ordinary microscopes;

3. The microscope has two special filters, the one in front of the light source is used to filter out visible light, and the one between the eyepiece and the objective lens is used to filter out ultraviolet light to protect the human eye. Fluorescence microscopy is used to study the absorption, transport, distribution and localization of intracellular substances.

(1) The surface of the test sample should be smooth and bright, and there should be no sundries, pits and obvious processing marks. The specimen should be placed stably on the stage.

(2) Turn on the power, and the light source at the rear of the microscope lights up. Remove the objective lens maintenance cap from the stage and place the specimen on the stage.

(3) Adjust the width of the binoculars so that both eyes can see the same field of view. Turn the handle connected to the stage on the right side of the microscope, move the sample under the field of view, and turn the coarse adjustment knob.

(4) Turn the knob marked LAMP on the right side of the microscope base to adjust the light source to a suitable brightness.

(5) If you want to observe with different magnifications, you can turn the lens changer to the required magnification.

(6) If you want to measure the size of the sample tissue, you can measure the length through the eyepiece micrometer of the left eyepiece. The direction of the micrometer can be adjusted by rotating the eyepiece. If the eyepiece cannot be rotated, pull out the eyepiece slightly and then stop rotating.

(7) If you want to take pictures of the sample tissue, you can take pictures through the 1.3 million-pixel digital camera connected to the computer on the digital metallographic microscope.
