37XC-3PMC inverted polarization modulation phase contrast microscope is a multifunctional biological microscope, which is suitable for the polarization modulation phase contrast observation system newly developed by our company. High-resolution microscopic observation of objects with subsurface features, dynamic microscopic observation and scientific research analysis of cell tissue, transparent liquid tissue, and cultured tissue in petri dishes. Mainly used in scientific research institutes, colleges and universities, medical and health, inspection and quarantine, agriculture, animal husbandry and dairy industries.
Modulated phase contrast observation is to convert the phase gradient of light into light intensity changes, which can form a high-contrast, high-resolution image of phase objects that are usually invisible. The imaging is displayed in a three-dimensional state and is mainly used in phase High-resolution microscopy of objects, birefringent objects, stained specimens, cylindrical objects, and objects with surface and subsurface features. This instrument is matched with a turntable-type modulated phase-contrast condenser or a pull-plate-type modulated phase-contrast condenser, and is used in conjunction with the newly developed modulated phase-contrast objective (10X, 20X, 40X), which can present clear, bright and rich observations both at high and low magnifications.
