HMP-2B set pre-grinding, grinding, polishing in one of the single-disc automatic grinding and polishing machine. It adopts single-chip microcomputer technology through touch screen control, grinding disc is driven by DC brushless motor, grinding head is driven by stepper motor, synchronous belt transmission has the characteristics of smooth rotation, low noise, long life, etc. According to the needs of users to adjust the grinding head and grinding disc speed, set their own pressure, set their own sample preparation time, to adapt to different needs; With lighting system, easy to take and place the sample; It comes with cooling device, which can cool the sample during grinding to prevent the metallographic structure from being destroyed due to overheating of the sample.
