HQG-100D is an economical low-speed precision cutting machine, especially suitable for cutting small, soft, brittle, shaped metal materials, composite materials, plastics, electronic components, biological materials, ceramics, cement, rock and mineral materials, but also often used in thin sheet sample preparation. The machine adopts weight block load gravity feed to cut straight, and automatically stops after cutting. The micrometer device can adjust the thickness of sample cutting to achieve precision cutting. Touch screen control, clear, humanized, cutting wheel speed controllable. In order to avoid burning the sample due to overheating in the cutting, the machine has a movable coolant tank. In the cutting process, the diamond cutting sheet rotates to bring out the cooling water, so that the cutting sheet and the sample material can be cooled, and the surface of the sample after cutting is bright, smooth and no burn. The equipment has the characteristics of exquisite fuselage, small occupied space, easy operation, use and maintenance. It is one of the sample preparation equipment used in metallographic test of colleges and universities and factories.
