JB-5C profile roughness tester is a two-in-one precision measuring instrument, which is widely used in machining, automobile, bearing, machine tool, tool, precision hardware, optical processing and other industries. The instrument drive box provides high-precision linear reference guides with different specifications of strokes of 100, 120, and 150 mm. The sensor moves in a straight line along the guide rail, and the displacement is collected by a precision grating displacement sensor. Thus, the X coordinate measurement unit is established. In the Z axis direction, two types of differential inductive sensors from 10 mm to 20 mm are used. The drive box can be horizontally adjusted by ±10 degrees through the horizontal adjustment button, and can be adjusted through the operation keys of the control box respectively. Or the software interface to move horizontally and vertically, and the sampling shape can be scaled arbitrarily. The instrument is equipped with a computer and special measurement software. The measurement software under the WINDOWS XP operating system is intuitive and convenient to operate, with rich functions, high precision and stability. Good, and facilitates printout and file saving.
It can measure the roughness and contour shape parameters of various precision mechanical parts. The fitting method can be used to evaluate the radius, angle processing, circle processing, point and line processing, angle and distance between the centers of two circles. Thereby, shape parameters such as straightness, convexity, groove center distance, inclination, groove depth, groove width, groove edge distance, vertical distance between groove center distance, horizontal distance, and steps can be measured.
