Main use
JX6 (JGX-2) large-scale tool microscope is a basic precision optical measuring instrument, and the instrument is equipped with a variety of accessories. And equipped with different magnifications, so that the small workpiece can also be accurately measured. Large tool microscope is a multi-purpose measuring instrument widely used by factories, scientific research institutions and metrology departments of colleges and universities. As a basic tool for product identification of tool manufacturers, it is also suitable for other precision machinery manufacturers, scientific research units and schools for production or scientific research.
Its main functions are as follows:
1. Verifies the shape of templates, template knives, dies and cams
2. Measure the pitch diameter, outer diameter, inner diameter, pitch, helix angle, and the profile position of the thread angle to the threaded shaft and the thread shape (tooth surface roundness, flatness, straightness, etc.).
3. Measure the thread angle of thread turning tools, thread comb turning tools, thread milling cutters, contour angles of various template milling cutters and templates of various shapes, etc.
4. Use an optical positioner to measure the width of the bore and various slots.
5. Use the double vision eyepiece to measure the center distance between two holes and the distance between slits, line segments or symmetrical figures on parts, etc.
6. Using the arc profile eyepiece, it is convenient and accurate to measure the arc size with a radius of 0.1-100mm.
