1、 Characteristics
The Q-80Z cutting machine is composed of components such as the body, electric control box, cutting chamber, motor cooling system, cutting grinding wheel, etc. This cutting machine can not only cut circular workpieces with a diameter of less than 80mm, but also rectangular specimens with a height of 100mm and a depth of less than 200mm. This machine cools the sample through a cooling system to prevent overheating and tissue damage during the cutting process. This machine can also set the cutting speed for cutting different samples, thereby improving the quality of cutting samples. The machine is divided into automatic cutting and automatic cutting. Large volume cutting is more convenient for the cutter to use, and is one of the sample preparation equipment for metallographic testing in universities, factories, and enterprises.
