The Webster hardness tester has only 20 graduations, while the Barcol hardness tester has 100 graduations for higher sensitivity. The Barcol hardness tester is only tested on one side of the sample without support, and is suitable for testing super-large and super-thick workpieces and assemblies. Conversion is convenient. Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Webster and other hardness values can be obtained through the conversion table.
