This kind of problem is very easy to cause the objective camera lens to feel bad for loading, damage the loading or the camera lens. 3. The problem of light in optical microscopes. The light is a very important step when applying an optical microscope. Remember, you must use a low-power mirror to measure the light. When the light source is strong, use a small focal length and a flat mirror, and when the light source is poor, use a large aperture lens, a concave mirror, and rotate. The rearview mirror cannot be pulled out with one hand, but must be rotated with both hands, only when you see a well-proportioned and bright circular field of view. After the light is well aligned, do not move the optical microscope at will, in case the light source cannot accurately enter the Confucius through the light according to the rearview mirror.

4. The problem of objective lens transformation. After using a low magnification lens, switch to a high magnification lens. People usually like to push the objective lens immediately with their fingers. The fineness is high, and the uneven support of the external thread is very easy to loosen. 5. The problem of using eyes with high magnification microscopes.
