The mosaic is an essential process. YZXQ-3 automatic double-head inlaying machine is an advanced hydraulic water-cooled automatic sample inlaying equipment. The inlaying process is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer program, which realizes heating, pressurization, pressure maintaining, cooling, pressure relief and other inlay processes. Key-operated operation, no need for operators to be on duty, the sample inlay is automatically completed, and it has the function of sound and light alarm. The machine is pressurized by a hydraulic pump, with higher pressure and tighter inlaid samples; the specifications of the double-head die set can be selected arbitrarily, with independent control and operation; the unique cold and heat separation design makes the operation safer and more stable; high-definition touch screen display and control, real-time display Pressure and temperature, the inlay scheme can be saved, and it is easy to retrieve; equipped with a water cooling system, the sample preparation speed is fast, one can be used as two, making the sample preparation work easier and less laborious, and the inlay quality is better and more stable.
