1、 Purpose
In the process of preparing metallographic specimens, grinding and polishing of the specimens are essential processes. After grinding and polishing, the specimens can obtain a bright mirror like surface. The MP-2T metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine adopts a high-end touch screen, which can adjust the speed of the grinding and polishing disc infinitely between 50-1000r/min. By replacing metallographic sandpaper and polishing fabric, the grinding and polishing process of the sample can be completed, demonstrating a wider range of applications. The shell adopts integral plastic absorption, with a novel appearance and features smooth rotation, low noise, convenient operation, and high work efficiency. It also comes with a cooling device that can cool the sample during grinding and polishing to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample. Suitable for metallographic testing rooms in factories, universities, and research institutions.
